Big Daddy Green was formed in 2000. There are five members in the band, with four being the founding members. The band has gone through other names over the last five years, such as Nobody From Nowhere and Acre Wood. We write our original music with an heavy alternative rock feel. The female vocals add a twist on our heavy sound.

Eric Grandholm and Kevin Russell share the responsibility on Lead Guitar and Backup Vocals, Kevin Pannel is on Drums, Gary Goodballet on bass and Lea Love covers the lead vocals. We all come from different influences from Gospel to Metal to Pop To Blues.

BDG currently resides in Mississippi. We are currently recording our second full length album 'The Green Album'. We are currently setting up a small spring tour to promote our upcoming release.
