Autumn Stone are a diverse alternative rock band from Wellington, New Zealand.They have a sound, which can be described in a few simple words: beautiful, exciting and moving. Acoustic guitars, sweeping electric guitars, bizarre lyrics and raw emotion all add to the sound of Autumn Stone. With a strong emphasis on songwriting, expect to hear dynamic music with strong melody and harmony.

Moments of intense rock are balanced by moments of concentrated beauty with music and visuals working together to tell obscurely twisted stories.

The band members share the same passion, writing and playing good music. They all started playing music during their school days and all share similar musical influences including Radiohead, Smashing Pumpkins, Mogwai and Coldplay to name a few.

Autumn Stone have completed several short tours of New Zealand including eight days in the South Island. The band are actively recording and have completed a five track CD EP as well as a DVD video single that has been televised.
