Out of Torino, Italy comes ArX. This 3 piece band combines power pop, progressive and alternative styles into their own unique, infectious sound. Started in Turin, Italy over 10 years ago, ArX has existed in various forms. Actually, the founding member, keyboardist and primary songwriter Marcello Giordano is joined by one of the most renowned female drummers in Italy, Alessia Mattalia. Rounding out the trio, on vocals, is Alessia Ceglia. All told, the core of ArX music is a melting pot in which the different influences of the three members meet and mix themselves without losing their identity. The result is a well-defined rock band with a repertoire in which all satisfied their love for thier musical roots - jazz, latin rhythms, classical, The Beatles and The Who (Ralph Oleski, PlanetCD).
