WHO WE ARE: Based in Mechanicsburg, PA. “Antique” is a two-piece band, comprised of a Rhythm Guitar and Keyboards. Erwin “Squirrel” Allen and Alan Richards make up the entire group. They play music of all types, going as far back as the 1940’s all the way up to today’s most modern songs.

FULL BAND, HIGH QUALITY SOUND: How is it, just two people can sound like an entire orchestra? The answer is simple. They use Yamaha keyboards combined with rhythm guitar, played through top-of-the-line PA systems and amplifiers. The keyboards provide all the major instruments including drums, bass, strings, horns, just about anything needed to provide the right sound. Top that with a quality guitar player and duet vocals and you get ANTIQUE!

WHY USE ANTIQUE: Most every bar, club, wedding, private party, or owner would love to have a large full band play at their engagement. The problem is not everyone has the room to house all that equipment. Additionally, big bands come at a big price! ANTIQUE can set up and play nearly anywhere, from small boats, to large auditoriums and banquet halls. They are small enough to play at your home, with the power (if needed) to play large outdoor engagements.

ALAN RICHARDS (Rich): Lead Vocals & Keyboards has been a musician for over 20 years. Alan has played with such bands as Nite Routine, and Passenger and opened for the Little River Band at the Brat Stop in Kenosha Wisconsin. Though a singer, song writer and composer, Alan’s love is still playing music with Squirrel and performing as “Antique”. ERWIN ALLEN (Squirrel): Lead Vocals & Guitar had played as a one man band for many years before meeting Alan back in 1987. Squirrel’s impressive library of hundreds different songs of all types, and the skill to play by ear since he was a boy, paved the way to making a good living as a musician.After retiring from the U.S. Navy, Squirrel and Alan lost touch with each other over 10 years ago and just recently got back together in Pennsylvania. Together they were once called Mystic Voyage. But now along with the addition of modern technology, they are back as ANTIQUE!
