AnaDies is a six piece band from Colorado Springs, CO drawing influence from bands such as Lacuna Coil, The Gathering, A Perfect Circle, and The Kidney Thieves. The intricate pianos, layered female and male vocals, dark melodic music, and driving beats is what sets this band apart and makes them unique.

AnaDies formed in February, 2003, as a group of talented musicians coming together from diverse musical backgrounds including hard rock, metal, punk, and classical. Their debut performance of all original music was in July, 2003. And by the new year, AnaDies was included in the ranks of the top local gigging bands, also receiving the attention of independent radio stations and local production companies. After producing a 3-song home demo recording, “Windows” and “In the Fold” became immediate hits. Those enticed to the shows by the demo were once again astounded, saying that the demo didn’t do the live performance justice! Professional studio time was immediately booked for July-August, 2004 with the task of choosing which, out of the ever-expanding list of songs to record for their upcoming album titled 'Formamentum'.
