The band is compiled of 5 members who met while attending the University of Northern Colorado. All Ways Out has been acclaimed the best band in Northern Colorado in 2003 after winning a Battle of the Bands. AWO has a distinct sound, it usually doesn't take much to gain more and more fans.
The band members are Chris Telfer as lead vocals, who is complimented with bass from Josh Brodlieb, rythem guitar and back-up vocals from Joel Mazza. Also followed greatly with Jarid Cook on drums and the lead guitar of Karl Wyant. All put together they create something unique that is amazing to listen to and even great to see in person. Their on stage presence is an unforgetable one.
All Ways Out was formed officailly in the first quater of 2003, then there were only four members; until the lead singer back then, Eric Waisman, left to pursue other interests at the summer of 2004. Then during the summer AWO were trying out the talent in town to see who bests would fit in the band, and instead of one replacement they found two new members. Joel and Chris were the two unoriginal members of AWO, but once they were put to the test of playing how AWO usually played, they steppyed up to the challenge and succeeded. Now with five member in the band All Ways Out is on their way to becoming a great band to see live and to hear their work.
