Founded in 2004, Absolution Project is a five piece hard rock band out of Rochester, NY composed of former members of Loopus and Ply. With a range of styles and abilities, Absolution Project's sound is a diverse mix of the modern rock genre. After the success of the debut album “Lies”, Absolution Project is hard at work on their follow-up album “Songs from Io”.

Absolution Project's members are well experienced, having played alongside national acts such as Snapcase, Green Day, Papa Roach, Dope, Trust Co., Good Charlotte, Goldfinger, Long Beach Dub All-stars, Gym Class Heroes, Jurassic 5, 3rd Strike, Lost Prophets, Adema, Finch, Dry Kill Logic, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, and 36crazyfists. The members of Absolution Project have also performed three consecutive years on the Vans Warped Tour.

Absolution Project has quickly made a solid name for them-selves and created a stir in the online music scene.
