ABLAZED which was once W.A.D. and Lifeless Theory, was formed around September or November of 2004.We are from Sanford, FL. We didnt start playing shows til about July 1 which was our very first show. We've grown, alot of people know who we are, etc. We have recorded anything because we are saving to get into a recording studio. We are really cool with alot of the other local bands, and we will always be a band no matter what. The new single , which is in prgress, will probably be out by August or September.
W.A.D which started out as Chris Vergara on Drums, Heath Friedel on Guitar, and Devin Clifton on Bass. Then Devin and W.A.D parted ways and are now using the help of a good friend named Erik Mckee as a temporary bassist for two shows (THANX ERIK). W.A.D used to stand for Wut A Dumbass but then we decided to change it and Heath came up with Wither And Die and it stuck with us. W.A.D had been together for about 10 a months until we changed the name to Lifeless Theory. We have written some songs and have learned some cover songs as well. We are unsigned but hoping to be once we get a few good gigs. Our equipments are Washburn Guitars, Ibanez Guitars, Ibanez Basses, Enforcer (Remo) Drums, PDP Pedals, Zilidian Drumsticks, Zilidian Gloves, Rogue Amps, Ibanez Amps, Peavy Amps, Digitech Effects Pedals, Vox Pedals, etc. Then Lifeless Theory changed its name to ABLAZED and brought back Devin back on bass, and now consist of Chris on drums, Heath on guitar, Devin on bass, and Foley on guita, Shawn on Vocals.
Before our first show our old bassits Devin Clifton left ABLAZED so we had to use our friend Erik Mckee from The Moribund as a substitute bassist he played with us for 2 shows and then after the 2nd show Devin Clifton which was in his former band 3:15 decided to come back to ABLAZED and Erik went back to The Moribund. We opened for The Moribund and With Ailments Like These.
