20 minutes fast was formed by mat, dave and sway back in 2002. Since then we've gone from recording songs on my home computer to recording a 3 track E.P. last week and are now looking to move ahead quickly and seriously.

We have dave on guitar and vocals, mat on bass and sway on drums and backing vocals.

We feel that in the last year we have really come together as a band and are looking forward to the future and what it brings.
